Once a request is received, an invoice will be sent via the selected payment app within 24 hours. The invoice will include the purchase price of $15 for the book and $5 for shipping and handling. Shipping will be via USPS Media Mail and restricted to the United States. Address provided must be able to receive mail from USPS. On payment of the invoice, a book will be sent and confirmation will be sent via email. Your email will not be used for any purpose other than communication about this order.
